DB Commercial was established by the business owner Domenic Bonavita, who has been in the real estate industry since 1992.
DB Commercial is an end-to-end commercial property management service.
We ensure a smooth transition from tenant negotiation through to ongoing property management and asset maintenance.
Our property management duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Raising monthly tenant invoices and all relevant charges as per the lease.
- Collecting the rent and all other charges which have been raised as per the lease and disburse all funds accordingly.
- Handling direct maintenance and repair enquiries on our owners behalf.
- Ensure all make good obligations are met by the tenants as per the lease requirements.
- Provide monthly owner statements which outlines all income collected and all invoices that have been disbursed.
- Prepare an annual income and expenditure property budget along with an annual reconciliation.
- Ensure rent reviews and lease options are actioned in the required time frames.
